Privacy Collection Notice
Princess Bento Pty Ltd (ABN 21 646 119 440) (Princess Bento, we, us) uses a third-party recruitment and talent management platform known as Team Tailor (recruitment platform) to manage job applications, talent pools and related recruitment processes. When you submit your information through our recruitment platform, your personal information is collected by Princess Bento and processed on our behalf through the recruitment platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The types of personal information we collect may include your name, contact details, resumé information, employment history, qualifications, audition materials, photographs and any other information you choose to provide in connection with your application or engagement with us.
We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of:
- assessing your suitability for employment, auditions, casting or other engagement with Princess Bento; and
- administering and managing our recruitment, casting and talent engagement processes
If you do not provide some or all of the personal information requested, we may be unable to properly consider your application, audition or enquiry.
Your information may also be used and disclosed to:
- our recruitment platform, for site administration purposes;
- Princess Bento employees and related entities involved in recruitment and production activities; and
- our professional advisers, agents and service providers and as required for recruitment and business operations.
Your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in Sweden and the European Union, where our recruitment platform is hosted. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle that information in a manner that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you provide sensitive information (such as health information or information relating to diversity or accessibility), you consent to us collecting and using that information for the purposes of assessing your application, managing lawful employment or casting requirements, or making reasonable adjustments to accommodate accessibility requirements where required.
